I would like to invite you to join me to learn this useful program. If you participate
in this 2-day retreat, together with the practice at home, you will receive
the
many benefits of TAI CHI.
Studies have shown the TAI CHI for Arthritis program
relieves pain, improves physical function
and balance by 30%. The recent Fall Prevention Study
showed a reduced risk of falls by practicing
TAI CHI for Arthritis, after three months' practice.
The program is supported by Arthritis
Care of UK; Arthritis Foundation of Australia and Arthritis
Foundation USA.
At the conclusion of this retreat, as a bonus, the program
is especially effective to improve balance and TAI CHI
in general.
